Senior Sales Professional

The role of Senior Sales Professional - Education Sector involves delivering a high-quality sales function within the organisation. To achieve this, you will provide a first-class consultative sales experience to prospects and customers across the range of our client's products and services.
Job DescriptionTo deliver successful outcomes, you will develop and deliver sales presentations using a range of media and techniques. You will also maintain regular interventions with all prospects and customers, ensuring that all contact is recorded in the CRM. Additionally, you will manage your personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and contribution to team targets.
Your key responsibilities include developing business proposals for prospects and customers, carrying out sales meetings with prospects and customers, and gathering and sharing intelligence to support strategic and operational planning. Furthermore, you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, learners, companies, and the public.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous sales experience within an educational environment
- Experience of using the full suite of Microsoft Office programmes
- Experience of using other software programmes (e.g. CRM/PICS)
- Strong Organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills inc. written, oral, email and telephone
- Meticulous attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality where required
- Able to meet challenging targets and thrive under pressure
- Flexible and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change
- Commitment to health & safety and equality of opportunity within a diverse workplace
- Ability to work to quality standards
We offer an annual bonus payment dependent on organisational performance, pension scheme which is 5% employee contribution and 7% employer contribution, life insurance (4 x annual salary), private health care (after a 3-month qualifying period), free on-site parking, branded workwear, and 42 days annual leave (including bank holidays). We ask that all staff save 7 days to take during the Christmas shut down between Christmas and New Year.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary is competitive and reflects the skills and qualifications required for the role. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
