Digital Delivery Lead Role

We are seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to join our team at Farsight Consulting Limited. As an Agile Delivery Director, you will play a key role in leading digital transformation projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead the team in aligning their work to priorities and the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and identifying areas for improvement.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing an understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • You will promote best practices and improve team efficiency by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • You will contribute to the Farsight delivery management community of practice, sharing experiences and learnings.

Requirements

  • Agile expertise: You have experience applying agile methods in a team context to achieve great outcomes.
  • Leadership: You have an understanding of different leadership styles/techniques and how they can be applied in a delivery management role to support team members to work and deliver effectively.
  • Communication: You have strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, which you can leverage to build relationships and facilitate effectively.
  • Project management: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.
  • Adaptability: You show flexibility in your approach, willingness to learn new skills and approaches, and adaptability to meet changing requirements.

The estimated salary for this role is around £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
