We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team based in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key role within our organization.

About the Role:

  • As a senior quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed cost analysis and budgeting to ensure project costs remain within budget.
  • You will prepare valuations and manage contract variations effectively to maintain project profitability.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
  • Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Generate accurate and timely project reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
