Key Responsibilities

This role involves taking a lead role in the operational implementation of mechanical skilled and semi-skilled work across campus, including:

  • Managing prioritised mechanical works through our helpdesk / work management system
  • Reviewing and improving service performance against set service level requirements
  • Providing technical support to the wider team on refurbishment projects, planned events, and operational needs

The successful candidate will have sound knowledge and experience in mechanical maintenance work, with a flexible approach to work and a proactive attitude towards improvements. They will also be team-orientated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
