Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Lancaster & Morecambe College.

This is a part-time position working 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 8:30 am.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

About the Role
  • Maintain high standards of cleaning and hygiene in all areas of the college
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Ensure all areas are tidy and well-presented at all times
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £22,070 per annum, pro rata (£11.44 an hour)
