About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to support children in a Year 2 Class on a long-term placement. You will be working closely with students with varying needs and abilities.

  • We are looking for a Level 3 qualified teaching assistant or someone with 6 months of experience in an educational setting.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning journeys are essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • You will be responsible for supporting students in 1:1 and small group settings, promoting their academic and personal development.

We pay our staff on a PAYE basis, ensuring correct tax and National Insurance payments. Our salaries are competitive, reflecting the importance of this role.
