Job Title: Airfield Engineering Asset Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Engineer to join our team in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engineering projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team.
  2. Develop and implement engineering management plans.
  3. Ensure effective engineering governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Identify and mitigate technical risks, opportunities, and capture efforts.
  5. Contribute to the development of technical proposals and bids.
  6. Manage technical components of the project and product configuration control.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of multiple engineering disciplines.
  2. Ability to manage scope creep and customer expectations.
  3. Excellent technical presentation and document writing skills.
