Main duties of the job- To provide a professional, confidential and proactive administrative service to the Team as the first point of contact to staff and external stakeholders contacting the Department
- Support the Team with comprehensive administrative tasks
- To facilitate the smooth running of the service under the direction and supervision of senior colleagues
- To act as an ambassador for the Department and for the Trust, as the first point of contact to the Department
- To contribute effectively to ensure KPIs are achieved

Person Specification- GCSE A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English
- Experience of working in an administrative environment
- Working within a team
- Experience of working for the NHS
- Experience of working within the Apprenticeship industry
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise own work load
- Understanding and Commitment to our mission and values
