We are seeking an experienced Trades Supervisor to join our team in Rushden. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering the repairs service, managing databases, and dealing with enquiries from tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating and administering the repairs service
- Managing databases
- Dealing with enquiries from tenants
- Advising senior trades staff
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of Trades and a background in a similar field. Experience working in social housing is highly desirable, as is good IT skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.
This full-time position is paid via umbrella at £27 per hour, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. We look forward to hearing from you
