As a Childcare Specialist at Thrive Childcare & Education, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children. Our Early Years Practitioners play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment that allows children to explore, learn, and flourish.

Key responsibilities include planning and conducting activities that cater to children's development, collaborating closely with families by maintaining open communication to exchange information about children's progress and well-being. Adhering to regulations and engaging in ongoing professional development, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality childcare experience.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will join our highly qualified team to provide amazing care to our wonderful children. We offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour (L3 rate of pay) or £11.50 per hour (L2 rate of pay), depending on your qualifications.
