Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hygiene Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective hygiene management plans to meet site and customer food manufacturing standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and investigations into unacceptable cleaning standards, swab results, and customer complaints.
  • Manage stock levels of chemicals and equipment, ensuring compliance with agreed stock levels.
  • Conduct chemical testing to verify correct dosing levels for cleaning chemicals.
  • Adhere to all onsite HACCP procedures and ensure that procedures and instructions are closely followed by hygiene personnel.
