Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Risk Assessments are completed, reviewed, and updated as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the hygiene management plan is maintained in line with site and customer food manufacturing standards.
  • Take appropriate action and conduct investigations in the event of unacceptable cleaning standards, swab results, or customer complaints.
  • Manage stock levels of chemicals and equipment while working within agreed stock levels.
  • Conduct chemical testing to verify correct dosing levels for cleaning chemicals.
  • Adhere strictly to all onsite HACCP procedures and ensure that procedures and instructions are closely followed by hygiene personnel.
