Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service are maintained at all times.
  • Assist with receiving and storing goods, maintaining good food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Prepare food and beverage outlets for service, including cleaning equipment and maintaining glassware and china.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and internal customers.
  • Participate in daily briefings and meetings, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Literate in computer technology and able to work as part of a diverse team.
