We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Hillingdon Psychological Therapies Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and treatments to clients across a range of care settings.
With a strong focus on evidence-based practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with complex mental health needs. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology, with experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment. You will also have a strong understanding of research methodology and be able to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist psychological assessments and treatments to clients across a range of care settings
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice within the service
- Participate in regular supervision and peer review to ensure high-quality practice
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to clients with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will have:
- A doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of research methodology and its application in a clinical setting
