We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions to children and young people with mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify the needs of children and young people.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the mental health needs of children and young people.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to provide a comprehensive service to children and young people.
- Provide training and supervision to other professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in working with children and young people with mental health difficulties.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure that the service is delivered in a way that is responsive to the needs of children and young people.
- Postgraduate doctoral training in clinical psychology.
- Registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Experience of working with children and young people with mental health difficulties.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
