Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Education and Training Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early years education and training and be able to develop and deliver high-quality programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality early years programmes
- Carry out assessing duties in accordance with policies and practices, including Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, and Data Protection.
- Inform learners of their obligations and maintain open communication channels.

Requirements:
- CAVA, A1 award or equivalent qualification
- Qualification in Early Years at level 3 or equivalent
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. AET, PTTLS or equivalent)
- Previous assessing and teaching experience within the childcare sector
- Self-awareness and desire for continuous personal improvement
- Good work ethics and passion for team collaboration
- Positive attitude and personable approach
- Resilience and ability to recover from setbacks quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
- Confident and articulate presenter
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to energise others

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
