Compensation PackageThe successful candidate will receive a competitive daily rate of £90-£110, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
Job Responsibilities- Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational content and provide individualized support to students.
- Develop and implement engaging educational strategies to promote student learning and motivation.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and teachers on progress and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to classroom management and student supervision.
- A degree in Education or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable, but not necessary.
- PAYE benefits are included in the compensation package.
- Free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training are provided to all workers.
- Full assistance is given with DBS checks and subscriptions.
This is a temporary full-time position, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The successful candidate will work in a school environment, with full-time hours.
