We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist and Compliance Manager to join our team at Henry Schein Dental Recruitment. Key Responsibilities
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients and team members, in line with our practice standards and legal requirements
• Ensure the reception operation runs efficiently and effectively, in line with our business vision and overall strategy
• Utilize your exceptional communication skills to liaise between patients and dental care professionals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the team to achieve our business objectives and provide a high-quality patient experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our practice remains at the forefront of dental care
Requirements
• A caring and sympathetic nature, with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, phone)
• Experience as a Dental Receptionist and Dental Nurse, with a qualification in nursing
• Proficiency in Exact software
• A smart appearance and professional attitude, with a good work ethic and high standards
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative, with a positive and team-oriented approach
