About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Applemore Leisure Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service are achieved by our teams for our customers.

In this role, you will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, contributing to the business performance of the centre. You will also be a proactive member of the leisure centre team, demonstrating a passion for the industry through continuous professional development.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily leisure centre operations, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Contribute to achieving business objectives, driving growth and success.
  • Maintain a proactive approach, collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate experience in problem-solving, customer service, and staff management.
  • Hold previous experience in a Duty Management or similar role.
  • Possess RLSS National Pool qualification (training can be provided).
