We are seeking a highly analytical and numerically skilled OEM Partnership Manager to join our team at Car Benefit Solutions. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for supporting and increasing business growth with our automotive brand partner schemes.
Key responsibilities will include gaining a thorough understanding of all CBS solutions and technical structures, monitoring commercial positions, and identifying potential competitor solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring all vehicle schemes are effectively managed with CBS systems and design improvements.
As a successful OEM Partnership Manager, you will have a comprehensive understanding of each manufacturer brand within your portfolio, including product and range knowledge, manufacturer objectives, industry and brand challenges, and opportunities.
You will be responsible for analysing and reporting on performance, trends, and exceptions to external and internal customers, highlighting successes and areas of focus to continually improve brand plans and future sale strategies.
Key skills and qualifications include a strong analytical and numerical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing client accounts with a proven track record in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.
