Cloud & Infrastructure Architect

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology team as a Cloud & Infrastructure Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on all low-level and high-level designs for Infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide architecture direction and be the subject matter expert for Infrastructure, collaborating with other architects on projects and BAU workstreams.
- Produce low-level and high-level design documentation for all project workstreams.
- Lead as a Network technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and knowledge to the IT Operations.
- Research Cloud and Network solutions through internal and external knowledge base as needed.
- Liaise with business, vendors, and other IT personnel for the progression of change works.
- Create knowledge articles for project solutions to be used for future support.
- Provide suggestions for continual improvement.
- General on-Premise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra knowledge and experience.
- Networking knowledge and experience, with LAN, WAN, and data communication systems, with emphasis on SDWAN technologies.
- Cloud network and Azure infrastructure monitoring knowledge.
- Branch office network design incorporating ISE technologies, circuit provision design, and sizing.
- Solid foundation in security to design and manage secure network systems effectively.
- Solid understanding of IAM principles, including user authentication and authorization, vital for controlling access to network resources.
- Solid understanding of storage technologies to effectively design and manage network infrastructures that support data storage and retrieval.
- General M365 knowledge and experience of network integration with its services.
- Ability to analyze infrastructure, highlighting areas of risk and put forward suggestions for systems improvements.
