Job Title: Apprenticeship Delivery Manager

About the Role:
NVQ Assessor is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to lead our delivery team in delivering and supporting Apprenticeships at levels 3-5. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of adapting individual learning plans and delivering sessions to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for delivering Apprenticeships at levels 3-5.
  • Lead a team of delivery staff to deliver and support Apprenticeships.
  • Manage a caseload of learners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with employers and learners to ensure that learning outcomes are met.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with learners to assess their progress and provide feedback.
  • Embed functional skills into all aspects of learning.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure that high standards are maintained.
  • Participate in standardisation meetings as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date CPD and occupational competence.
  • Acknowledge and address any concerns or issues raised by learners.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a teaching and learning environment.
  • A level 5 qualification in teaching/learning.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to plan and organise learning experiences.
  • A teaching qualification.
