Unlock Your Potential as a Junior Professional Services Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Professional Services team as a Junior Professional Services Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our front and back-office teams, as well as our channel partners globally, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage all post-sales activities for Asite's customers, ensuring strong relationships, product knowledge, planning, and execution. You will develop a deep understanding of our product and communicate its most relevant features and functionality to customers. Additionally, you will assist with new customer implementations, ensure deployment plans are in place, and conduct regular check-in calls to increase customer retention.
