Unlock Your Potential as a Junior Professional Services Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Professional Services team as a Junior Professional Services Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our front and back-office teams, as well as our channel partners globally, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage all post-sales activities for Asite's customers, ensuring strong relationships, product knowledge, planning, and execution. You will develop a deep understanding of our product and communicate its most relevant features and functionality to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all post-sales activity for Asite's customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
  • Assist with new Asite customer implementation where required.
  • Ensure that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment, change management, and adoption programs.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls for tactical items and perform quarterly health checks for strategic reviews to increase customer retention.
  • Help make Asite's platform a part of each customer's core architecture.
  • Identify and track enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of customers.
  • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Asite can continue to improve our service.
