We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Automotive Graduate to join our team at Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality powertrain components and contributing to the development of our cutting-edge technology.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, or Automotive Engineering to join our team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be working alongside experienced engineers and technicians to design, develop, and manufacture high-performance powertrain components.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the design and development of powertrain components, including engine blocks, gearboxes, and transmissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of components and systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and technical notes.
- Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, or Automotive Engineering (2:1 or above).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of CAD software and experience with design and development of powertrain components.
