Job Title: Graduate Powertrain Engineer

About Us: Ilmor Engineering Ltd. is a leading company in the design, simulation, development, and manufacture of powertrain systems, electronics, and software for Motorsport, Automotive, and Marine applications.

Job Description: We are looking for a recent Automotive and Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our team as a Graduate Powertrain Engineer. As a Graduate Powertrain Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing powertrain systems, including hybrid and electric propulsion systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop powertrain systems, including hybrid and electric propulsion systems
  • Conduct testing and analysis of powertrain systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree education in a related Engineering Degree (i.e. Mechanical, Automotive or Electronics)
  • A Year in Industry engineering placement and/or relevant post graduate work experience
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and different powertrain systems (including hybrid) or Electric propulsion and Electric Vehicle subsystems
