Job Description

UK Parliament is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Building Operations.



Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of operational security and fire protection capabilities, ensuring that recruitment and training meet current and anticipated requirements. They will oversee the implementation of the Target Operating Model for Physical Security in Security Operations, working closely with the Head of Physical Security Strategy, the Head of Security and Fire Operations, and the Metropolitan Police Service.



Criteria

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and embedding strategic initiatives in physical and operational security. They will have a strong track record of initiating protective security outcomes in a complex operating environment and be able to lead, manage, develop, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and sustainable change.
