Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intercity Bus and Coach Driver to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers across Scotland while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving Operations: Safely transport passengers across Scotland, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operational tasks, such as coordinating with other drivers and ensuring that coaches are maintained to a high standard.
  • Problem-Solving: Think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customer needs are met and that operations run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a full PCV licence (Category D) and up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph card.
  • Experience: Have a proven track record of safe and efficient driving, with a commitment to customer service.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and night shifts, and be flexible with regards to scheduling.
