Browne Jacobson is seeking an AML Compliance Manager Lead to join its Risk & Compliance team.

The successful candidate will provide input into business and strategic decisions from an AML perspective and ensure that our AML processes are robust and effective. They will also brief the firm's Risk & Compliance Committee and Executive on emerging issues and developments.

This is a challenging role that requires a detailed understanding of relevant legislation, including the Money Laundering Regulations, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, Terrorism Act 2000, and the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management.

We offer a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible working, career development opportunities, and a focus on wellbeing and individuality.
