Lead Technical Expert for Digital Servicing

Capital One is seeking a highly experienced technical leader to drive innovation and engineering excellence across our Digital Servicing team. As a Senior Technical Leader, you will be accountable for delivering high-impact solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technical strategy for Digital Servicing, aligning with our overall digital strategy.
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based B2C applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of digital experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mobile and web technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in mobile, Java, and AWS cloud technologies, with experience in web technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, with a focus on scalability, resilience, and customer experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience in software development principles, patterns, and practices, with a focus on modern software engineering methodologies and tools.
