We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PBS Practitioner to join our team at Priory Adult Care. As a PBS Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans to support individuals with challenging behaviour
  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviour
  • Provide training and support to staff on PBS principles and practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PBS plans and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy
  • Formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or equivalent
  • Full driving licence
