About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PBS Practitioner to join our team at Priory Group. As a PBS Practitioner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) programmes for individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PBS programmes for individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop behaviour support plans
  • Provide training and support to staff on PBS principles and practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement PBS programmes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PBS programmes
Requirements
  • BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy
  • Formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or equivalent
  • Full driving licence
