Auricoe is seeking a highly skilled Head of Facilities Management to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stadium, ensuring all facilities and services meet the required standards and comply with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the operations of the stadium, including maintenance, security, IT, grounds maintenance, and health & safety.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of operations personnel, providing training and performance reviews as needed.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and respond to emergencies as required.
  • Oversee the delivery of soft services, including cleaning, waste management, washroom services, and pest control.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the reliability and security of all technology systems.
  • Manage the grounds maintenance team, ensuring the stadium's playing pitch and surrounding areas are in optimal condition for events.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with event managers to ensure seamless operations during events, including managing logistics, staffing, and crowd control.
  • Develop and manage budgets for operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management, in a sports stadium or event venue.
  • Effective leadership and management experience of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience of health and safety regulations, security requirements, PPM compliance standards, COSHH, and facilities regulations.
  • Ability to develop budgets, understand P&L, and financially manage a department.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges and emergencies.
