As a Production Chef Trainee at Mitchells & Butlers, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. You will master our menu, working closely with a close-knit team to ensure that every dish meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion our brand standards

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Prepare for busy shifts by ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are in place

Cook to specification and work with recipes to deliver consistent results

Collaborate with your team to achieve our kitchen goals

We offer a comprehensive training program, including face-to-face and remote sessions, to support your development as a Production Chef. You will also have the opportunity to gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship and contribute to the running of our kitchens.
