Lead Dental Healthcare Assistant

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Lead Dental Healthcare Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality dentistry.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of dental nurses, managing training, and working closely with the Practice Manager. They will also be required to possess excellent organizational and influencing skills, ensuring the practice delivers effective care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Private, NHS, and UDA treatments, as well as GDC and regulatory responsibilities. They will also be expected to embrace ongoing professional development and maintain their own CPD.
