Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your skills as a Grill Chef. You will be responsible for running a grill section, managing health and safety, meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and assisting in developing junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a grill section, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Meet or exceed set KPIs, such as food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Contribute to stock and COGS management, ensuring efficient inventory control.
