As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of your portfolio and taking corrective action where required. You will also work closely with Underwriters on more complex casualty risks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the development and execution of strategic underwriting direction, including rate strength, appetite, business mix, and capacity deployment.
* Analyze internal and external emerging issues and trends, and provide resultant underwriting direction.
* Respond to external changes in the regulatory and legislative environment.
* Have oversight of technical content of BI underwriting materials.

Requirements:

* Solid experience in commercial underwriting and product within the property and casualty industry.
* Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
