Proactive Sales and Customer Relationship Specialist

- Promote the sale and adoption of all ITAM Services and tools to new and existing customers.
- Provide sales support to the ITAM Solutions Consultants.
- Pursue and manage customer/prospect opportunities by working with the respective SHI sales representatives.
- Support ITAM marketing activities to help drive and promote ITAM offerings from SHI.
- Collaborate with SHI's services departments to target service opportunities with ITAM/SAM components.
The successful candidate will have a university degree or equivalent work experience, and possess a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn about new and emerging technology. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
