About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at OVO Arena Wembley. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our events, creating buzz, and engaging audiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting all marketing and communications areas, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within brand guidelines.
  • Creating marketing materials and presentation tools to assist other departments.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with partners, promoters, agencies, suppliers, and industry contacts.
  • Liaising directly with ticketing and related partners pre, during, and post-event, monitoring sales, and evaluating all sales promotions.
  • Assisting arena event promoters with their marketing activities.
  • Planning and development further marketing strategies for event promotion.
  • Providing regular reports on marketing and communication activities, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving brand awareness and engagement.

Added Bonus
