Role Overview: We are seeking an Experienced EYFS Teacher to join our team at an OFSTED Outstanding all-through special needs school in Solihull. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with complex learning requirements and be able to deliver engaging and personalized learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.

About the Team: Our team of experienced teachers and support staff are passionate about delivering high-quality education to children with special needs. We pride ourselves on our inclusive ethos and commitment to providing exceptional education tailored to the unique needs of each child.

Responsibilities: As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a nurturing and stimulating learning environment tailored to the needs of young pupils with complex learning requirements. This will involve delivering engaging and personalized learning experiences, developing and implementing creative strategies to support the individual development of each child, and fostering strong relationships with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (£40,000 - £60,000 per annum), a supportive KS1 Phase Leader and SLT team, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
