Your Role:

You'll be working closely with a warm and friendly team to provide essential support to older adults in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Managing medication and ensuring the well-being of our clients
  • Preparing nutritious meals and promoting healthy eating habits
  • Delivering dementia care and support services
  • Accompanying clients on trips and outings
  • Assisting with shopping and errands
