Job Title: International Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled International Payroll Specialist to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership, a leading construction company. This role offers new opportunities for growth and professional development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with EMEA payrolls via outsourced vendors, working on a hybrid basis (1 day per week) in our London office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Preparing all payments, including statutory payments, pension contributions, and salary sacrifice schemes for international payrolls via outsourced vendors.
  • Mobile Employee Support: Supporting and reviewing the monthly payroll and benefits activities of mobile employees on temporary assignments for actual and shadow payrolls.
  • Error Resolution: Reconciling discrepancies in each monthly process and escalating issues to management or third parties.
  • Document Management: Managing document management processes for payrolls and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in EMEA payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and provide exceptional support.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits: Up to £210 per day, based in London with remote work options available.
