Auxo Commercial is seeking an experienced International Payroll Specialist to join their finance team in East London. This full-time role involves supporting the global payroll processing for 15+ countries and requires strong previous experience working with complex multi-country payrolls.

The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in Excel, G-Suite, Workday, and NetSuite systems, as well as a sound knowledge of international benefits and how they impact payroll.

The salary for this role is up to £65,000 per annum (up to £250 per day PAYE) depending on level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform all day-to-day Payroll processing for monthly global payroll, conducting payroll audits to ensure adherence to application policies and regulations.
  2. Lead an international payroll solution implementation and transform the function.
  3. Resolve complex payroll processing & employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  4. Ensure payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy and all local regulations.
  5. Create scalable infrastructure and consistency for international payroll processes and reporting through automation.
  6. Support Monthly and Quarterly close by reconciling international payroll accounts.
  7. Review and implement process improvements for employee adherence to published T&E policies and audits.
  8. Develop, maintain, and execute an International Payroll Team checklist (including New Hires, Terms, and Promotions).
  9. Support payroll audits for execution of statutory and US GAAP financial statements.
  10. Have a sound knowledge of international benefits and how they impact payroll.
