We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Portfolio Leader to join our team at Kaplan International Pathways. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the academic portfolio in a thriving international college.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to student-centred approaches to learning and teaching, with experience of leading a project or initiative that has led to enhancements in a curriculum area(s). You will also have knowledge of the needs of international students, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience of leading and managing direct and indirect reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the academic portfolio in a thriving international college
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student learning experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve academic goals and objectives
  • Manage and allocate resources to support academic initiatives
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and drive improvement
