As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing state-of-the-art training and development programs that will shape the future of our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for engineers at all levels, incorporating hands-on workshops, e-learning modules, and practical projects.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements within the engineering teams, and work with department leads to develop succession plans and early career development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions, skills assessments, workshops, career fairs, and seminars, and support Continued Professional Development (CPD) initiatives.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and technological advancements.
- Develop and maintain a library of technical resources and documentation, and stay updated with the latest engineering tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, tools, and technologies.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in various engineering software and tools.
- Proven experience in engineering, technical training, or a related role.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
- Certification in adult education or instructional design.
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
Primarily office-based with occasional travel to other company locations or training sites. Part-time hours would be considered.
