About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Optometrist to join our team at SpaMedica. As an Optometrist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional eye care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-operative assessments on patients undergoing cataract surgery and Laser YAG capsulotomy.
- Obtain informed consent from patients in a professional and ethical manner.
- Participate in the hospital's on-call and weekend rota, ensuring seamless coverage and patient care.
- Ensure the clinical area is prepared and equipped for each clinic, and restore it to order at the end of each session.
- Collaborate with the diagnostic team to deliver high-quality patient care and support the day-to-day running of clinics.
- Undertake basic life support training to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
