Lead Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our practice.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to patients, providing outstanding client service, and leading a team of veterinary professionals. You will work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance and drive the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding client service, giving clear updates on patients.
  • Lead a team of veterinary professionals, mentoring and developing their skills.
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance.
  • Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice.

Requirements

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Clinical leadership skills and experience.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional care to patients and clients.
  • Understanding of exceptional care and its impact on the client experience.
  • Experience of implementing a progressive clinical culture.
