Job Description: As a Telesales Executive at Carnbrooke Meats, you will play a crucial role in promoting our premium meat products to potential and existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include utilising inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets, providing industry leading service to our customers, and supporting the foodservice sales team in developing new and existing business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products
  • Entering and updating customer information in our database
  • Preserving the company's reputation by building relationships with customers
  • Managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company products and services

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, outstanding negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn about products and services.
