**Home Care Support Assistant Needed

We require a caring and dependable individual to assist with home care for a lady with brain injury in Sprowston, Norfolk.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will provide personal care and social support, including general housekeeping, paperwork organization, and accompanying the lady to appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
  • Helping with meal preparation and cleaning
  • Assisting with transportation and activities

Requirements:

  • Shared interests and a good sense of humour
  • Patient and calm, not patronising
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Computer literate and familiar with Apple Mac (or willing to learn)
  • Female preferred due to personal care requirements

Compensation and Benefits:

  • £14.00 per hour for 5 hours per week, 9.30am to 2.30 pm on Saturdays, plus flexible holiday/sickness cover
  • 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays
  • Free Careskills training: Health and Safety, GDPR (confidentiality)
