We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at OCS UK & Ireland. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are carried out in accordance with NHS cleaning standards or equivalent.
Main Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Dusting, vacuuming, and washing down all areas, including offices, toilets, bathrooms, shower rooms, and basins.
- Sanitation and Hygiene: Cleaning of glass partitions, spot cleaning upholstery, curtains, and carpets, and replenishing soaps, hand towels, and toilet paper.
- Waste Management: Emptying and cleaning of waste bins and ensuring that all consumables, equipment, and machinery are used responsibly.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to staff, visitors, service users, and team members.
- Cleaning Experience: Cleaning experience within a healthcare environment is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.
- Personal Qualities: High standards of personal hygiene, a high standard of personal appearance and presentation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
